Hello? Germany? Anyone digital?

Economical or structural rankings for Europe make me feel more and more frustrated each time I take a look at Germany: This time it’s the Converging Media [CM] Index, which measures the advanced digital content consumption using broadband, digital TV and mobile data, provided by Informa Telecoms and Media. UK leads [okay, they’ve got digital TV since ages], followed by Finland and Italy. Germany doesn’t even reach the Top 10. Amazing that Italy has Western Europe’s leading mobile-broadband sector, with close to 1o million subscribers. [eMarketer]
